Europcar Mobility Group delivers its mobility solutions worldwide through an extensive network in over 140 countries (including wholly owned subsidiaries – 18 in Europe, 1 in the USA, 2 in Australia and New Zealand – completed by franchises and partners).
In dependence of the Regional Sales Manager will be responsable to capture and maintain the Company's client portfolio in the assigned area, by the department's guidelines and objectives, to increase the company's results in the area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Search for new business opportunities: analyse, based on information from corporate tools and/or other potential customer entry routes, the best mobility solutions for, their business and through consultative selling, according to their needs, increase the customer portfolio.
Monitor the level of customer satisfaction with our service to make sure we meet their expectations and, in the event of deviations, to be able to take the appropriate measures.
Coordinate with Management Control that the pricing strategies are met, thus achieving the appropriate balance between what the market is willing to pay and the profitability of the product, controlling and monitoring to ensure that the profitability is maintained, and if not, propose corrective actions.
Attend sectoral events (tourism, mobility, etc ...), corporate or by customers, to increase the presence of the company in front of both current and potential customers to increase business relationships
Promote the improvement of commercial performance in Operations and the business units of the Group to improve the quality of the service, analysis of office openings, quality of commercial contacts, sales opportunities.
Make sure that the complaint management channels work effectively for the resolution of complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the campaigns achieve the greatest possible impact, facilitating the customer's vision and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Follow the internal procedures and standards that guarantee the quality and ethics of the service and commercial performance.
Monitor, analyze and report the performance and results of the Europcar product by sales channel, maximizing the use of tools such as Sales Force
Carry out market studies for the incorporation of new clients, analyze the competition to be proactive in managing and presenting the business plan.
