eVantage Help Desk / Administrative Support

POSITION SUMMARY

The eVantage Help Desk / Administrative Support role performs various clerical tasks related to the daily operation of the business. The eVantage portion of the job includes, answering customer calls or emails to assist with technical support on the design program, work closely with the IT Dept. and Data Team to resolve customer issues. Update roles and passwords of users. Validate data and complete several reports weekly. Supporting the service and memorial monuments That memorialize significant people.

  • Salary 33,000 to 35,000.
  • Benefits start immediately and include Medical, Prescription drug, Dental, Eye, Life insurance and match on 401K. Long- and short-term disability starts after 90 days.
  • Guaranteed annual bonus.
  • Hybrid schedule when training is complete.
  • A new hire can earn 13 days ETO and we include 10 paid holidays.
  • Schedule Monday through Friday Daylight Hours. No nights or weekends.
  • Free Parking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers phones and relays messages.
  • Makes calls to colleagues across the organization, clients, and contractors.
  • Assists with completion and maintenance of assigned department forms and paperwork.
  • Checks email daily to maintain assigned department items. (ie. calendar and timely customer exemption certificate records.)
  • Maintains and files clients, contracts and business paperwork.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, GED or Associate’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 1+ years of previous administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
