This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available.#LI-Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Detailed event planning for assigned camp projects

Leading, training, and delegating to Camp Directors
-
Assist in evaluating effectiveness of the camp program and implement assigned changes based on customer feedback

Emphasis on coordination between brands, project status updates, and hiring

Recruiting and selecting of camp leadership and staffer who fit the CentriKid culture and ministry focus

Prepare for portions of training with staff

Office administration

Assist in camps warehouse when needed

Registration retention and promotion

Work at trade shows and event booths as needed

Visit camps through the summer to monitor the program, support staffers, and listen/connect with church leaders

Participate in ETCH and other Lifeway events as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree - Christian education or related areas of study
Experience
-
One year as Camp Staff, preferably with Lifeway camps
-
One year Lifeway camp office experience, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities

Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online applications

Leadership capabilities

Presentation skills

Critical and strategic thinking
