Assist Customer Success Managers with onboarding new clients
Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs
Collaborate to troubleshoot client issues
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM
Assist in developing educational materials for clients
Monitor and report on customer engagement metrics
Contribute to special projects like customer surveys
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
