Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing for 0 to 13M+ users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (AI to AI conversations, group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR/VR, etc.).

Your Role

As an AI Content Lead, you will be at the forefront of creative decision-making, responsible for guiding and scaling our visual content production using Stable Diffusion. This role combines hands-on work with the opportunity to lead creative direction, where you’ll have the chance to build new AI characters, their backstories, images, and all visuals related to Stable Diffusion. Your mission will be to leverage your expertise with AI-driven tools, such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand.

Main Mission

To take ownership of our creative decision-making, developing compelling visual content while scaling the Stable Diffusion team’s execution.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to our CTO Michael, you’ll be responsible for:

Creative Content Generation:
- Lead the design and production of original AI characters and surrounding content, using AI-driven tools to create unique and visually engaging narratives.
- Utilize Stable Diffusion and prompt engineering to expand the team’s creative capabilities and streamline content production.
- Experiment with innovative approaches to redefine and elevate the potential of AI-generated content.
Creative Decision-Making:
- Take ownership of the creative vision and aesthetic choices for content projects
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative decisions with business objectives
- Act as a thought leader in visual storytelling, ensuring high standards of creativity and originality.
Training and Development:
- Provide guidance and support to other team members
- Actively contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and encouraging innovative practices.
Scaling and Optimization
- Establish and refine workflows to increase the efficiency and output of the AI-driven Content team
- Continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance the quality and scalability of visual content production.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

Proficiency in AI-driven design and image generation tools, with a background in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms
Strong illustration or design background, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative sensibility and storytelling
