People & Culture Coordinator – APAC

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team as a Snr. People & Culture Coordinator for the APAC region. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting our APAC employees and collaborating with the People & Culture Manager, Snr. Director, and Global People team to ensure a seamless employee experience across various lifecycle touchpoints.


You will oversee day-to-day HR administration, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to employee engagement, performance, and job satisfaction initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR tasks, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our remote workforce. What you'll do:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on candidate hire approvals and onboarding activities.
  • Manage the APAC onboarding process, including new hire documentation, background check verification, Right-to-Work checks, orientation, benefits enrollment, and related activities.
  • Oversee the probationary process, including tracking and issuing probationary letters.
  • Partner with L&D to develop & administer new hire orientation, including invites, live sessions, communications, and session moderation.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring the proper completion of all offboarding documentation and activities.

  • HR Administration & Documentation:
  • Manage daily HR administration and coordination, acting as the primary contact for tier 1 activities, with occasional tier 2 support as needed.
  • Handle employee documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, payroll, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Maintain digital employee records and manage employee data, ensuring accurate documentation for lifecycle management.
  • Provide payroll team support by offering advice on new hires, bonuses, employment changes, and leave & attendance.
  • Act as virtual office admin, managing vendors/service providers, maintaining records of office inventory, and ensuring office compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across the HR function.
  • Assist with updating People policies, procedures, guidelines, and forms, delegating tasks as necessary.

  • Employee Engagement & Performance:
  • Assisting initiatives that drive high performance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day queries for APAC employees, supporting the People & Culture Manager, Snr. Director, and Global People team with key employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the Rewards & Recognition program, manage bonus approvals, and communicate with employees.

  • Health, Safety, & Well-being:
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being within the APAC Region.
  • Values and Culture - Responsibilities:

  • Administer annual trainings & track  completion records .


What you'll bring:
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience working in the People & Culture space preferably from startup and product companies.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and experience in employment relations is advantageous.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels across the organisation, and confidence in communicating with diverse cultures.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with HR software and tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving HR practices, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Commitment to providing a high level of service to employees, with a focus on meeting their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global HR teams, contributing to team success and supporting collective goals.
