The role

The People Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role within Everfield’s People Experience team, with a primary focus on enhancing our internal communications and HR marketing to effectively promote the value of our HR functions to the business and our portfolio companies. This role combines expertise in Learning & Development with a strong emphasis on strategic communication and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Marketing and Communications:

• Develop and execute HR marketing strategies to highlight the value and impact of HR initiatives within Everfield and to external stakeholders.

• Create engaging, high-quality content for HR communications, including digital content, newsletters, and internal announcements, that reflects the strategic goals of the HR function.

• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure brand consistency and to leverage best practices in corporate communications.

Learning and Development:

• Independently manage L&D projects to enhance employee skills and promote career development, aligning with Everfield’s strategic objectives.

• Design and deliver training sessions, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and impact.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to meet organisational needs and enhance employee performance.

Event Management:

• Plan, organise, and manage company-wide HR events, such as workshops, town halls, and team-building activities, ensuring they align with Everfield’s culture and HR goals.

• Handle all event logistics, from venue to post-event feedback collection, to ensure smooth execution and high engagement levels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR communications or HR marketing, with strong capabilities in creating and managing content that resonates with diverse audiences.

• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective communications.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

Location & Travel: This role offers flexibility with the option for remote work. Occasional office visits or travel may be required for team meetings or HR events.

Performance Metrics/KPIs:

• Effectiveness of HR marketing and communication strategies in enhancing the visibility and perceived value of the HR function.

• Impact on employee engagement and satisfaction metrics through successful delivery of L&D and event management initiatives.

As a People Experience Specialist at Everfield, your role is critical not only in executing key HR initiatives but also in shaping the strategic communication and marketing of the People Experience function. Your expertise in HR communications and strategic project delivery will directly contribute to Everfield's culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
