Learn more at evidentid.com.Evident ID is seeking a highly motivated and self-startingBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to key decision-makers at target companies to communicate the value Evident brings in managing third-party risk. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to learn, driven to succeed, and ready to grow their career in sales.Candidates must be based in Atlanta (GA) and able to work from our Buckhead office at least twice a week. There's also the option to work from Tampa (FL).ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, develop, and convert leads through outbound strategiesEngage with prospects via phone, email, video, and other resources to convey the value of EvidentMeet or exceed monthly targets for lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are converted into opportunitiesDevelop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion ratesConduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trendsStay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesRequirementsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to excel and advance in their careerHighly motivated and committed to ensuring both customer and company successAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skillsDisciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and achieving successDemonstrated ability to think creatively and synthesize information accuratelyReceptive to direction, coaching, and mentorshipExcellent teamwork and communication skillsPlease reach out to Justin Leslie, Director of Sales.
