Customer Support Representative

Evolve is looking for a Customer Support Representative to focus on making it right for vacation rental guests and owners to help Evolve become the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Experience in account management or customer service
Strong mediation and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt rapidly to change

Responsibilities

Interact directly with owners and guests to discover their needs, provide answers to questions and problems
Respond to changes in the business with agility and skill at navigating ambiguity
Manage complex and sensitive situations with care, emotional intelligence, and ethical judgment
Educate Owners on strategies to prevent future guest issues
Respond to stakeholders via phone, message and email with professionalism and urgency

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
