The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing the utilization of our HCM system, Workday. Responsibilities for this role include assessing system needs based on business requirements, troubleshooting current configuration, enhancing the overall use of the system, and end user training. The successful candidate will have experience in multiple functional areas of Workday, as well as a developed business acumen which will enable you to create strategic relationships with our users. This position can be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Portland, OR, Calgary, AB, or Regina, SK.Consult with the organization on current business processes and how the HCM system can help create better system efficiencies and usabilityCreate partnerships across business functions to support and deliver enhanced system solutions to the organizationWork with internal stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutionsSupport multiple functional areas of the system. Configure and implement business process and system enhancements that support business objectivesProvide functional and technical support, including answering user questions, and researching and resolving complex issuesTrain business users on system functionality that will drive greater data integrity and overall quality of the systemCreate reporting solutions that enhance the business' abilities to derive data from the system.
