Amazon Web Services (AWS) Strategic Alliances is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Global Director, Strategic Alliances and the Global Director, Partner Solutions Architects.
This role requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior business leaders inside and outside the organization, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional, who has demonstrated using strong business judgement, while working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced global environment. They must be able to perform a high volume of complex tasks autonomously, be detail-oriented and an exceptional planner. They must be able to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor and grace under pressure. This candidate will work closely with the Directors, their leadership team, corporate teams, other Amazon groups, AWS partners, and customers.
Responsibilities for this position include the proactive ownership of the Directors' calendars, ability to coordinate complex meetings and projects by working directly with key stakeholders, experience with compiling and organizing large amounts of information, and a proven ability to plan-ahead and manage time effectively. International planning, engagement, and assistance across the global AWS Partner community is required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
