Overview
As the executive assistant, you will be supporting a variety of administrative tasks and day-to-day business support. This role will require hands-on admin support for two Managing Directors (MDs) and at times may extend beyond the primary business area. Strong administrative and organizational skills are needed to ensure day to day smooth running of a global coverage team. You will play an integral role communicating directly internal clients and senior management across the Firm, in addition to various administrative tasks and projects.

What You’ll Do
Acting as an owner and the first point of contact to coordinate tasks and admin activities for the MD including
Managing calendars - scheduling meetings & appointments incl. global events e.g. Townhalls, Engage and Connect sessions, team meetings
Compiling and disseminating meeting documents
Handle travel bookings & expense claims
Maintain email distribution lists, Staff communications, email broadcasts
Manage senior visitor agendas
Skills You’ll Need
Previous experience in administrative assistant preferably supporting senior stakeholders i.e. Managing Directors / Directors
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create relationships with global colleagues
Basic spreadsheet skills
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work to a high-quality level and required deadlines
