ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Executive Assistant for a prime contract in support of our government customer, and w e would love to have you join our team!

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist senior Government official (SES) in the daily execution of their duties and activities
  • Assist the Government with preparing SES and higher headquarters-level briefs, white papers, and memos used as the basis to support executive recommendations and decisions
  • Support implementation and coordination of a major segment of department-wide mission or administrative programs
  • Maintaining calendars and updating schedules, receipt and disposition of mail, scheduling high-level meetings, arrange travel, and help prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Support Tracking Awards & Recognition for the Directorate to include reviewing and preparing write ups for awards internal and external to CBP
  • Support setting up Monthly Employee Engagement
  • Maintains liaison with members of the executive staffs
  • Coordinates activities of office support staff, advises and provides analytical support on problem definition, planning methodologies, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management
  • Regularly updates the email distribution lists and other employee lists as necessary
  • Support Procurement Program Lead in coordination of Correspondences and Deliverables through the Office of Administration (OA).
  • Receive incoming deliverables to the Director and internal requests
  • Manage incoming requests, ensuring proper assignment and a timely response
  • Directs the review of all submissions for substance, conformance with instructions, completeness, and proper approvals
  • Keep SharePoint updated with records of all incoming deliverables and responses

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Front office administration, chief of staff, and daily interface with Government organizations at the SES or GO/Flag Officer level highly desired
  • Government PEO or large-scale acquisition program office experience is a plus
  • Over 1 year of experience as a detail-oriented self-starter experienced in supporting senior Government leaders and other technical/business professionals
  • Superior customer interface with senior levels of management, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, the ability to plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or a high school diploma and 11 years of relevant experience is required

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A current Customs and Border Protection Background Investigation is required to start (the government customer will process this request)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • None

SCHEDULED WEEKLY HOURS:

  • 40 (Full Time)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
