About the Team
The goal of the Global Marketing team is to drive regional marketing strategies across APJ, EMEA and North America, and contribute to the achievement of revenue objectives. Field Marketing shows strong alignment between marketing and sales, but also act as a powerful conduit to corporate functions. Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Operations is the engine the drives Marketing success through strategic alignment and operational excellence, supporting all Marketing functions and guiding the entire marketing process.
About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Global Marketing who can organize calendars, book travel and prepare expense reports, coordinate team meeting agendas and activities, assist in team project management, as well as the overall operations of the team. The role supports two Marketing Vice Presidents: Field & Partner Marketing, and Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Operations. We move fast, adapt fast and it's critical to be able to handle ambiguity and competing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:
Run, prioritize and anticipate your VP's day to day schedule, confirm meetings, enter expenses, and attend to other matters as needed.
Book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground travel) including assisting with meeting coordination, and create detailed itineraries for executive travel.
Plan and coordinate department events, including the management of all meeting details (preparing agendas, preparing presentations, ordering meals, securing space, and inviting attendees).
Interact and communicate with employees at all levels and across the organization, including other Workday executives, and outside vendors.
Establish processes to make department interactions more efficient and effective; identify business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate.
Coordinate recreational team activities inside and outside the office
Track and help drive completion of key tasks and follow up with outstanding items.
About You
You are flexible, reliable and professional, and always display a positive attitude. You can handle multiple tasks at one time, your communication and networking skills are outstanding, and you have strong project management skills. A successful Executive Assistant will have a proactive demeanor to provide Senior-level executive support, and will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and multiple priorities. The utmost confidentiality is imperative, as you will be privy to confidential information.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives in a face-paced technology environment.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Other Qualifications
Meticulous with excellent organizational abilities, able to address new situations as they arise.
Strong critical thinking skills, proactive and problem solver - takes action with little/no direction, acts on behalf of the Executive. Anticipates what's upcoming and helps executives stay ahead.
Works with a sense of passion for the role, and demonstrates flexibility.
Personable and exhibits executive presence
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
Strong capability working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Ability to put yourself in the executive’s shoes by understanding the organization's priorities and handle the schedule in a way that promotes the most effective use of time.
Comfortable in a fast-paced technology environment.

The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $101,400 - $152,200
