About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President and General Auditor as well as the district’s audit team, which is comprised of one vice president, three managers, and fourteen auditors (two of which reside in Houston). This role is also expected to provide support to the Corporate Secretary’s Office as needed for the Audit Committee and to the Conference of General Auditors through 2024. The Executive Assistant will proactively anticipate the executive’s needs and utilize decision making skills to meet changing business needs.
You Will:
Serve as the lead administrative contact for the Senior Officer’s office.
Provide day-to-day administrative operations such as managing meetings, calendars, travel, events, and conferences for Bank and System activities.
Independently handle confidential information and use judgment in the dissemination of information.
Draft communications, prepare reports, create presentations, and provide editing/proofreading support.
Conduct department procurement needs such as tracking invoices and purchase orders, performing basic contract administration, and verifying and reconciling department purchase card transactions.
You Have:
Associates degree required; 6 years of experience providing similar administrative support.
Ability to work independently while using strong judgment and experience to accomplish goals.
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and make decisions where precedents may not be established.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail while experiencing frequent interruptions and adapting to changes.
Initiative to expand skills, professional network, and assume new responsibilities.
Experience interacting with high level individuals in corporate, political, and social settings.
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Notes:
This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. For this specific role, 2 days per week can be conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
