Overview:
Stand Together is seeking an Executive Deskside Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to our Chairman and Executive Team. Through customer focus, thoughtful interactions, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach, you will enhance value by removing roadblocks for roles that have a high strategic impact in advancing Stand Together's vision of social change.
The ideal candidate is passionate about problem resolution and has a strong technical understanding of systems. In some cases, this role may require extended availability outside of regular business hours. However, Stand Together values your time and has flexibility that ensures work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities Include
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

3+ years of technical experience including experience supporting MACs and Office365

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Accountability in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction

Proactively attentive to ensure there are no issues or to resolve issues quickly

Ability to work independently and use judgement

High emotional intelligence

Comfort and the ability to act thoughtfully and decisively in high pressure situations
