As a member of the VA nursing care team, the Nursing Assistant (NA) offers physiological, psychological, and spiritual support to our veterans by performing a variety of duties, including direct patient care, committee involvement, quality management and tracking, and other duties as assigned- to meet the changing needs of our veterans and the organization. All care is delivered to patients in a respectful, compassionate, and non-judgmental manner. Our NAs are encouraged to participate in continuous improvement, quality, and High Reliability activities. Pay: $15.65 - $24.38 per hour
