This external, client – facing role will play an important role in helping our clients add high performing talent to their teams. Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Leads research and recruiting activities on behalf of our clients. Collaborates with Senior staff and Management in driving all aspects of the research/search process including managing the execution and direction of research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation, in support of client needs.
Key responsibilities further include:

Mapping role criteria

Defining position description and document specifications
-
Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources/networking, relevant prior searches and internal sources

Conducting in-depth phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies.

Proactively identifies opportunities and needs for improvement.
-
Concurrently manages multiple clients/searches at moderate volume of moderate to high complexity.

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
-
Often leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff.

Qualifications:
Required:

Must live in PST or MST time zone
-
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retained search or corporate recruiting/talent acquisition is required.

Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
-
Experience with database/CRM management.
-
Polished communication skills, proficiency in detailed interviewing.
-
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging client and candidate issues in a wide range of organizations with skill and tact.
Desired:

Advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Experience in retained search or corporate talent acquisition is highly desirable.
