As an Executive Strategy Director, you are a leader who identifies and maximizes the opportunities on your accounts. With your peers in Business and Creative you are part of a well-oiled team, a part-owner and you act accordingly. Through directly managing and mentoring across the department you reinforce your own skill set. You aren't just delegating; you lead by example and nurture growth in the people around you. You have an informed perspective on the categories your brands operate in and the audiences they target. Given the nature of Strategy team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City.
The annual salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable and eligibility for discretionary bonus, subject to terms/conditions of discretionary bonus program.
