Job Description

The Global Wellbeing Lead will be responsible for strategy execution to improve the physical, mental and financial health of employees across all global locations.

This is a hybrid role based in our London or Nottingham office reporting into our Global Head of ERGs and Wellbeing.

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a global wellbeing strategy that aligns with our mission and values.
  • Program Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of wellbeing programs, including mental health support and work-life balance policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of wellbeing by promoting participation in wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders including rewards, regional HR teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of wellbeing programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all wellbeing programs comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Communication: Partner with regional and global communication to and communications to promote wellbeing programs and resources to employees.

  • Experience in a Wellbeing or HR role
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience creating and delivery global strategy and tactics including leveraging data to measure effectiveness of wellbeing programs
