At Loopio, we genuinely support each other, because true success comes from working as #oneteam.

We are kicking off the start of 2025 with a Go-To-Market Talent Partner to join the Talent Team on a 6-month contract, with a potential for extension. This individual will be responsible for growing our Revenue teams and will require close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Success leaders to source and hire the best talent for their teams. This role will report to the Director of Talent, however, you will have ample opportunity to partner with and learn from our skillful and wildly supportive Talent team. 🤗

You are a great fit for this role if you have prior experience building a candidate pipeline from scratch and have successfully hired for business/sales development representatives selling software, customer support and other revenue generating roles at scale. You are comfortable with volume and timely recruitment, understand the importance of maintaining a quality pipeline and providing a top notch candidate experience end to end.

We are a remote first company, however, on occasion, will gather together as a team on a quarterly basis. 🥳 This role is best suited for someone who is based in the GTA, and can travel to downtown Toronto on occasion.

  • Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process that is in accordance with the Loopio Hiring Policy
  • Bring forth ideas on how to build creative sourcing strategies, innovative solutions to recruitment, and consistently build a quality pipeline (beyond LinkedIn) of potential candidates for open positions across departments
  • Working closely with the Talent Experience Team to help grow and develop best practices and processes in talent acquisition and management.
  • Use your curiosity to deeply understand all roles in the recruitment process and be a trusted advisor to our teams and hiring managers
  • Manage a high volume of requests and coordinate complex schedules to ensure an efficient recruitment process; a sense of urgency is crucial in this role
  • Participate and represent Loopio at virtual and in-person recruitment events
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional, high-touch and personalized candidate experience, while bringing new and innovative ideas forward to continuously improve our processes
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 3+ years of experience in a full cycle go to market recruitment role within an agency or high growth SaaS company, with at least 1 year of corporate recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience in scaling sales/business development and customer success teams is essential for this role; example focus areas include BDR/SDRs, Customer Support, Technical Support and more.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, we value proactive communication!
  • Phenomenal skills in research, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • A people-focused and welcoming personality (you’ll often be the first Looper a candidate meets!)
  • Adaptable and has the ability to pivot according to evolving business needs
  • Supportive team player who is comfortable in a continuous feedback environment
  • Desire to continuously learn and refine your skills in Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledgeable or interested in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Experience working with Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Bonus points if you’ve worked with Ashby before!

Interview Process for this Role 🌟

  • Skills Interview with the Talent Team with a take-home assignment - 60 minutes
  • Final Interview - 60 minutes

  • You’ll be set up to work remotely with a MacBook laptop, a monthly phone and internet allowance, and a work-from-home budget to help get your home office all set up!
  • Join us in regular company socials, AMA (Ask-Me-Anything), and quarterly kick-off to celebrate the big wins and milestones as #oneteam!
