Job Description

You will report into the Lead Delivery Analyst.

What you will do:

  • Attend client workshops and supporting with eliciting relevant solution requirements.
  • Support with informative presentations of the solution delivered to other teams.
  • Work on relevant issues and risks ensuring all of them are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management.
  • Ensure client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.
  • Conduct software configuration across multiple software suites.
  • Perform analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.
  • Offer comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).
  • Contribute to a vibrant Community of practice, encouraging continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management
  • A natural inclination to proactivity
  • The ability to work within a team, or under guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including the latest versions of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and Service Now
  • Experience working in agile environments in a KANBAN-driven setting
  • Familiarity with a Windows-based operating systems
  • Working knowledge of XML/JSON
  • Working Knowledge of soap/restful API's
  • Prior experience in delivering/configuring software solutions
