Job Description

As a Senior Implementation Coordinator, you'll need to prioritize opportunities. You must be able to solve issues, working across functional units to ensure success. You're able to share ideas and information through slides, and verbal and written materials. You will manage a variety of tasks while keeping tasks prioritized. You will raise issues before they turn into problems. You need to exhibit technical skills. You'll need to prioritize implementation tasks and increase overall results. You will present project plans, system overviews, and demonstrate product features across the suite of products. You will build exceptional experiences for the EES portfolio of capabilities. You are excited to partner with many internal teammates including other members of our Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams. You will report to Experian's Manager of Implementations. You will be remote-friendly.

You are:

  • Collaborative – Partner with fellow team members and peers, and connect ideas across internal and external opportunities
  • Creative and Curious – Challenge traditional approaches, inquisitive with an interest in new opportunities
  • Determined and Disciplined – Optimistic about what can be, persistent, and you express a fierce commitment to challenging the status quo.
  • The project lead for clients implementing or improving their Employer Services solutions
  • Consultative with solutions, Data Services, Software, Sales and Project Sponsor to develop requirements and project goals.

You will:

  • Create project plans to ensure implementations stay on track.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate status/project decisions to team members and management.
  • Report on implementation progress milestones
  • Lead project contributors and client subject matter experts
  • Identify and escalate project issues
  • Collaborate and align with third-party vendors when issues traverse multiple systems
  • Coach, guide and prepare clients for successful Employer Solution program rollouts

Qualifications

  • 4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
  • Manage a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients
  • Experience meeting deadlines while providing excellent client service
  • Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
