Pay $25-32hrLocation NY,NY 10012Duration 2months +• *Onsite- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Remote- Monday & FridayDescriptionOur client is looking for an individual to assist the Sponsored Research Department with post award duties. This individual will create and reconcile shadow spreadsheets, create purchase orders, upload budgets into our financial system, assist the team with identifying variances and closing out grants that have expired or are about to expire. The individual will also assist both Assistant Director and Director of Sponsored Research Team with additional maintenance reports and daily tasks as needed.Required Skills, Knowledge And Abilities• Must have experience working with grants• Experience working in a higher education a plus• Must be comfortable using and navigating Microsoft Excel• Strong analytic and problem solving skills with attention to detail• Well organized and good communication skills• Must be able to multitask
