What's in it for you?• Hybrid schedule• Great growth opportunity for early in career applicants• Long term engagement• 401k eligibility• Comprehensive benefits• Free upskill training In this role, you will:Required Qualifications• Would be over 1-2 scrum teams• Supporting Workday & ServiceNow• What are the day to day responsibilities?• Scrum Master does the following for all teams:• Facilitates all Scrum Events (Daily Stand up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement)• Could also be supporting Kanban events depending on the team• Reviews and revises team working agreements.• Identifies and addresses Agile anti-patterns while strengthening Agile practices and framework.• Assists in removing Impediments for the team to ensure the team can meet sprint goals.• Partners with Team Product Owners to ensure the Team Backlog is full and prioritized for Big Room Planning Events.• Monthly Metrics Review with Product Director and Technology Leaders.• The scrum master will be pulling these metrics to review with leadership discussing what is going well vs. where they need to improve• Ensures that the team adheres to Product Controls and SDLC Requirements.• Supporting the product owners with this• What are the top 3 must have skills?• 3+ years Scrum Master Experience• But open to hybrid Project Management/SM• Ran some standups• Wagile• Had very successful people convert• BA/scrum or PM/scrum• Put them on a more established team• Than a net new team• Working with 1 maybe 2 teams• 3+ years Jira Experience• Most recent role familiar with Jira• Write user stories, talk to her about what they know about Jira• Create dashboards• Start Sprints• Know how to do bulk automates• Automations in Jira is a N2• Started to do more work in automation so this would be easier for them moving forward if they already have experience with this• FS Experience• Highly risk and regulatory based work• This is not for an Agile purist they won’t be happy in this environment due to the regulatory and risk aspects not everything can be within Agile guidelines• People from a Banking/FS background understand this balanceFrequently Asked Questions• Benefits?
