Billing / Payroll SpecialistLocation: Sparks, NVPay: $23-$25/hr (DOE)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receptionist / Billing / Payroll Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts receivable, payroll processing, and administrative support. If you are organized, efficient, and skilled in managing financial and clerical tasks, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.• Process accounts receivable and ensure accuracy in billing records.• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software.• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to manage documentation and reporting.• Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and filing.• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.Preferred Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with ComputerEase is a plus.• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Sage software is highly desired.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Interested?
