Human Resources/Payroll Manager

Express Employment is seeking an Accounting Specialist to execute accounting functions with detail and accuracy!Responsibilities• Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.• Timely processing of new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.• Assist with workers compensation and OSHA compliance programs.• Knowledge of general paycheck calculations including various earnings, deductions and payroll taxes.• Accurate data entry of payroll information.• Provide clear written and oral communication to team members and customers.• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize and ability to use those skills to multitask.• Self-motivated and willingness to learn new functions of software and tools provided to complete job more efficiently.• Maintain a superior level of integrity.• Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.• Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.Qualifications:• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or minimum three years of payroll-related experience; including an understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.• Excellent interpersonal skillsOne Interview with Express = Endless Job Opportunities!Express Employment Professionals puts people to work in all types of jobs.
