Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Specialized Recruiting Group seeks a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative for an immediate opening at a leading manufacturing company in Pomona, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding service in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Salary: $36.00- $40.00 per hour, depending on experience DOEKey Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.• Manage the entire sales cycle, from receiving and processing orders to ensuring accurate and timely delivery.• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.• Prepared and sent accurate quotes to customers, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining company margins.• Provide support to the external sales team by preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and following up on customer inquiries.• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings, including specifications, applications, and benefits.• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services that meet customer needs.• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to products, orders, or deliveries.• Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system, tracking sales activities and customer interactions.• Track and report on sales performance, including metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.• Work closely with other departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable to both the customer and the company.Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales and manufacturing industry.• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.• Bachelor's degree preferred (Not Required)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong listening skills• Must be highly motivated and goal-orientedBenefits and Features• Paid Holidays paid vacation and sick time• Health, Vision, Dental, FSA, and life insurance benefit plans• Bonus opportunitiesAbout Specialized Recruiting Group:Specialized Recruiting Group takes an individualized approach to professional placement.
