About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and accomplished Relationship Development Specialist (RDS) to join our physician referral and client acquisition team. As a RDS, you will play a critical role in identifying and building out relationships with providers with the goal of acquiring client referrals to Expressable. The RDS is responsible for building, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with prospective referral partners, acting as the first line of education for new partners, promoting Expressable’s care model, and arranging meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.

What you would be doing at Expressable- Lead Generation and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with potential customers and generate leads. Qualify incoming leads from digital accounts and marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities and move them through the pipeline.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update leads in CRM, track outreach, and follow up with prospects regularly. Effectively nurture and build relationships with potential clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Product Knowledge and Presentations: Develop an in-depth understanding of Expressable’s services and communicate their value propositions clearly to potential clients.Conduct online presentations to showcase service model features, answer questions, and handle objections.
- Close Sales and Meet Targets: Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Convert qualified leads into closed sales and contribute to client growth by scheduling new clients efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, share feedback from customers, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with the sales director to align goals and ensure seamless transitions between lead nurturing and closing stages.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems, including calls, emails, meetings, and transactions. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, sales activities, and pipeline status.
What you bring to Expressable- A minimum of more than two years sales or business development experience with a strong preference for experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry.

- Adept at reaching prospects and uncovering their unique needs in order to identify opportunities for the potential referral relationship.
