Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

○ Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

○ Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Talent Development:

○ Help organize and coordinate training and development programs.

○ Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee development plans.

People Analytics:

○ Support data collection and analysis to provide insights on workforce trends.

○ Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Total Rewards:

○ Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

○ Support the communication of total rewards information to employees.

HR Operations:

○ Provide administrative support for HR processes and initiatives.

○ Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.


Qualifications:


● Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 an hour.
