Senior People Operations Specialist - Philadelphia / Remote

eyeo is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to shape their people strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing tech environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving HR initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Implement and manage HRIS systems for accurate data management
Develop and maintain compliance procedures for labor laws and regulations
Lead benefits management initiatives for US entities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment and onboarding processes
Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
