We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Lifecycle and Retention marketing to help us drive growth from existing customers. The role will be joining at a pivotal time to impact and drive change as we look to grow our customer retention programs to the next level. We’re looking for a marketer who can create impactful and personalized experiences through email, and expand our capabilities to include push notifications, SMS, and direct mail. You’ll be a key player on our growth marketing retention team wearing multiple hats and partnering across product marketing, brand marketing, marketing ops and analytics teams to implement programs.
What You'll Do:
Partner closely with retention marketing team (two marketing managers and director of marketing) on all customer retention goals and priorities
Develop and execute campaigns for multi-channel customers journeys in Iterable (email, SMS, push, direct mail, media) that drive retention at different stages of the customer journey
Partner closely with cross functional teams (creative/ brand, product, marketing operations, customer support) to learn customer insights to inform briefs and strategies
Develop the strategy and execution of one-off campaign calendar and socialize performance across the organization
Own insights and campaign development for our refer a friend program, including building a roadmap of tests to drive referrals and conversions from leads
Maintain a testing and optimization roadmap throughout the customer lifecycle, continually finding the best ways to engage customers and bring them back to site
Report on campaign insights to understand business impact and inform future channel optimization partnering closely with marketing analytics
What You Have :
Have 3-5 years of lifecycle, retention, and/or customer marketing experience
Be an expert at managing multiple campaigns in Iterable or another CRM/marketing automation platform with a deep understanding of segmentation, targeting and campaign building
Be well-versed in key CRM metrics to support and recommend innovative marketing strategies
Think critically about customer audiences: understand what motivates users and how multiple messages and channels impact the customer journey
Have a bias for action and experimentation - you’ll be building the roadmap of our testing and campaign optimization strategies
Have a strong history of project management and ability prioritize work autonomously
Be able to to identify and create data-driven improvements across our CRM
Have ability to influence and partner cross-functionally to solve customer pain points
Be willing to adapt to changing business and/or customer needs
The national cash compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000*
