Overview of Role

The Facilities Management Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to lead the day-to-day management of our Limerick facility. The successful candidate will have strong previous facilities management experience and be confident in demonstrating their knowledge in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of facility
• Responsible for property management, financial and operational expense management
• Coordinates all aspects land and property management and development with regards to repairs and alterations, and execution of maintenance and construction-related activities.
• Performs financial analyses of repair and development opportunities including cost/benefit analysis, present and future value calculations and development pro forma.
• Develops pro-active budget needs for property development, repair and replacement
• Provides business review of contracts, permits and lease agreements, licenses and department documents related to such commercial development.
• Manages the development of project projections, site planning, design standards
• Oversees property leases and ensures compliance.
• Occasional weekend work may be needed for certain projects or emergencies
• Cross collaboration with facility Supervisors and contracted crews at varied locations
• Development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management, development and applicable laws
• Directing work; appraising performance of contractors and service providers.
• Address complaints and resolving problems all while ensuring the wellbeing and performance of the company's physical assets and sites
