Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of furniture projects for
luxury hospitality clients. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, industry knowledge,
and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, ensure project delivery on time and within
budget, and maintain the highest level of quality and service.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Bachelors degree or higher
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project
managers.
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
Possess a general understanding of the areas of scheduling, time management, leadership.
Possess knowledge of capabilities and competencies.
Develop an understanding of capabilities and competencies for company owned facilities
