Austin, Texas with teams in Austin, Texas; Cody, Wyoming; and Washington D.C.
Our Company was launched in 2018 and has achieved uninterrupted growth for six consecutive years. Underpinning this growth is a talented and hardworking Finance & Administration department that oversees all aspects of running the business. These duties include accounting, human resources, information technology, and operations. We are hiring for an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support this team.
This new team member will have the following focus areas:

This job is right for you if you love a dynamic environment, dealing with lots of diverse and interesting people, getting the details right, and solving hard problems. Key to your success in this role is a desire to be around people, in the office. We support focus days, out of the office, on a case-by-case basis, but this is an in-office position.
Our new Operations Analyst will report to the Fathom5 Director of Finance & Administration, who has 30 years’ experience as a Certified Public Accountant and leadership across multiple business sectors. We are a learning organization, focused on the development of our teammates.
