The Bank strives to maintain an engaging and exciting work environment that is both inviting and collegial.About the RoleTreasury Support is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst for the Treasury Debt Management System (TDMS) business line. Reporting to the Treasury Product Officer, you will assist with actions to transition the TDMS application to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.Responsibilities• Help create a comprehensive overview of the system and its functionality, by preparing detailed business and technical documentation.• Analyze complex business processes and present them in an understandable and logical format.• Develop processes and procedures to improve the existing system.• Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process and data flows, and success criteria.• Provide training and support to Treasury end users and FRB production and application support team(s).• Be a product expert and assist the product owner with backlog maintenance and refinement, including creating user stories, clarifying defects, detailing acceptance criteria, and data definitions.• Participate and help facilitate sessions for planning program increments, sprints, refinements, and other Agile ceremonies.• Troubleshoot production issues, help validate defect remediation, and work with Treasury end-users towards resolution or workarounds.• Work in a hybrid capacity to actively participate in meetings with operational staff, Treasury end users, and developers to achieve agreement on requirements.• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage time, and balance conflicting priorities.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.• 5+ years’ relevant experience performing Business Systems Analyst activities.• Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills for a hybrid workforce.• Discipline to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.• Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, performing current state system analysis mapping, and design.• Experience with Agile/Scrum iterative product development.• Experience with testing applications including functional, user acceptance, system, and integration testing.• Treasury or related finance experience preferred.• Experience using Confluence and JIRA.• Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower pay grade or salary.• US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency.• Travel (up to 15%).Total RewardsBring your passion and expertise, and we'll provide the opportunities to challenge you and propel your growth—along with multiple benefits and perks that support your health, wealth, and life.Salary: $102,300-$133,000In addition to a great compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package all brought together in a flexible work environment where you can find balance:• Medical (4 options), Prescription, Dental (3 options), and Vision Insurance with no waiting period.• 401k/Thrift Plan with generous employer match.• Employer-funded Pension Plan.• Paid Vacation/Sick Time & Holidays.• Flexible Spending Accounts and Healthcare Spending Accounts.• Flexible Work Schedule available in most departments.• Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance.• Tuition Reimbursement (undergraduate and graduate).• Parental Leave.• Free onsite 24/7 Fitness Center including training classes, and locker room/shower facilities.• Onsite Cafeteria & Coffee Shop.• Additional Convenience Benefits, Discounts, and More…At the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, we believe the Federal Reserve most effectively serves the American public by building a more diverse and inclusive economy.
