Are you a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Pines Village, A Fellowship Life Premiere Community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy department.

Job Description:

As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to enhancing the well-being and independence of our residents.

Qualifications:
- Valid and current state licensure as a Physical, Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a geriatric or senior care setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill and therapy principles, techniques, and interventions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
- Some Saturdays required as we provide therapy 6 days a week
