• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Utilize your expertise to assess residents' health status and coordinate appropriate medical interventions.
• Foster a warm and supportive environment for residents and their families, promoting dignity and independence.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in senior care.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise Care Partners (CNA/CHHA).
• Must demonstrate the ability to work within a team setting and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to person-centered care.

• Registered Nurse licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum one year experience working in long-term care and sub-acute setting.
• Seasonal influenza vaccine required.
• Understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of FellowshipLIFE.
• Ability to support the goals of the Board of Directors and the administration.
• PC literate and demonstrated knowledge of selected software programs.

• Full Time Employment - $45.00 per hour
• PT/Per Diem - $47.00 per hour
• Additional $1.00 differential on the weekend Friday night at 11pm to Sunday at 11pm
• Additional $3.00 per hour for taking charge 7 days a week
• Work Schedule: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!
