As a Field Marketing Intern based in New York, you will support the Strategic Events Manager in planning and executing third-party conferences, creating 360-degree marketing campaigns for our wide variety of sponsored events. We’re looking for a passionate self-starter who wants to gain valuable hands-on experience and help build awareness of the brand, drive leads, and understand the full scope of a third-party conference.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
- First experience with Marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce) is advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- Able to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week
- Full professional proficiency in English
AS A FIELD MARKETING WORKING INTERN, YOU WILL:
- Work closely with the Strategic Events Manager on a final project encompassing all you have worked on over the duration of your internship, bringing to life a strategic event
- Maintain direct alignment with the sales team regarding pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and conference promotion strategy
- Provide support and coordination for the ongoing Strategic Events third party conferences in the quarter
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated pay range for this role is $26-$34 per hour.
The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
