The Field Onboarding Specialist is a vital part of the Podium Field team. The Field Onboarding Specialist’s primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the adoption of Podium to customers sold by the Field Sales team in their respective territories. This includes adoption of both payments hardware and phone systems, with an emphasis on product activation. This person will work closely with the Field AEs, Field Team Leads, inside implementation team and Support when necessary. They will be the liaison between Podium and the customer. The Field Onboarding Specialist will also support the AEs in product and usage expansion and drive referrals through providing an excellent customer experience. This role is face-to-face, meeting with customers in the greater DFW area.
