Senior Payroll Specialist

Figma is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing US payroll and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills

Experience with US full-cycle multi-state payroll processing
Experience with payroll stock administration
Understanding of US payroll compliance and taxes

Responsibilities

Maintain, review, and validate data for US payroll in Workday
Review timesheets and attendance records
Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments, and special pay
Collaborate with accounting team to address discrepancies
Participate in audits for 401k, Workers Compensation, and general audit
