Senior Payroll Specialist
Figma is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing US payroll and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Experience with US full-cycle multi-state payroll processing
- Experience with payroll stock administration
- Understanding of US payroll compliance and taxes
Responsibilities
- Maintain, review, and validate data for US payroll in Workday
- Review timesheets and attendance records
- Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments, and special pay
- Collaborate with accounting team to address discrepancies
- Participate in audits for 401k, Workers Compensation, and general audit
