United States (primarily Troy, MI with potential opportunities in NY, NY and Boston, MA ).

Aptiv also hires various functional specialists that support our global business opera tions (finance & accounting, logistics, IT and purchasing) and help us succeed.

Responsibilities:

Aptiv ’ s Finance Leadership Develop ment Program (FLDP) is a rotational program to better identify future leaders of the company. Participants in the pro- gram will rotate through 3 assign ments, each lasting 12 months . Each assignment will be in different areas of finance with at least one as an interna tional assignment. FLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of expe rience into all functions across the fi nance organization, including:

• Financial Planning & Analysis

• Treasury

• Tax/Government Affairs

• Accounting

• Internal Audit

• Investor Relations

The program is led by a Senior Finance Executive Team and is committed to developing strong leaders. The partici pants of the Program have a unique chance for accelerated career growth . Following successful comple tion of this Program, participants have an opportunity to continue working for us in roles within Finance with increased responsibility.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting or Economics majors with a min GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)

• Practical experience in finance or accounting would be an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem solv ing skills

• Ability to work under pressure, han dling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines

• Strong communication, interperson al and decision making skills

• Flexible, adaptable and geograph ically mobile

• Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership expe rience ideal
