Finance Manager – Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Key contributor providing executives with clear actionable insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to forecast, budget and long-range planning cycles, including enhancing Willow's corporate forecast model and coordinating with stakeholders on assumptions & inputs
  • Manage and review models used in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes
  • Work cross-functionally to support departmental decision-making with forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Support functions within Willow to achieve top line goals and budget spending targets with regular monthly reporting
  • Analyze financial variances, summarize those figures, and provide a concise and meaningful narrative discussion of variances; be capable of communicating key messages to senior management
  • Build components of the corporate presentations, Board of Directors decks, internal presentations, and play a key role in any financing or M&A activities
  • Partner with Accounting team to implement systems and processes that will drive better controls and more reliable forecasting
  • Build out FP&A/finance business support team over time as business scales and demands on Finance increase
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields; MBA or CFA a plus
  • 4+ years of proven FP&A work experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively solve problems with a data-driven approach
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and build multi-faceted models (in Excel)
  • Desire to take on leadership role as team is built out over time
  • Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Direct to Consumer ("DTC") business models and/or Medical Devices a plus
  • Experience with enterprise software tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information
Willow takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the successful candidate's location, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. We regularly review and update our pay ranges and therefore, these ranges may be modified in the future.

Bay Area, Seattle Area : $115,000 - $142,000
All Other US Locations : $73,000 - $117,000
