Your role

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • The Financial Report Processor is responsible for the production of client financial reports and subsequent letters and reporting packages pertaining to those reports
  • Uses exceptional time management skills in order to progress work through the various stages within the department in order to make strict deadlines
  • Prepares financial statements and cost segregation reports according to the standards of generally accepted accounting rules and language
  • Formatting of report (according to firmwide standard presentation)
  • Cross checking of numbers and dates between statements and letters
  • Proper footing of formulas
  • Assisting with financial statement release by ensuring all signoffs have been received and appropriate/compliance forms completed
  • Maintains report integrity for a large volume of work even after the work has passed initial processing steps
  • Professional communications skills to help ensure all reports are progressing accurately and efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing reporting requirements
  • Must be able to adapt to priority changes on a short notice
  • Ability to remain at workspace for extended periods of time


The qualifications

  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills required

This is an non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.


This is a temporary position that has the potential to be converted into a full-time role. This is based on performance and the business need.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows:

$21.21 to $31.82
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
