Job Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new customer requests from phone & internet sources.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales associates.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain training certifications on manufacturer brands (Toyota & VW).
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
