We are building a unified reporting and analytics platform focused on simplification and data transparency. We are a small team, each wearing multiple hats to deliver the best product we can.What you will be doingPazien is seeking to add technical leadership to our small UI team. In this role you will be expected to contribute to the architecture and technical direction (we have recently migrated to reactjs) of our single page web app, coach and mentor more junior engineers, and assume all other standard development duties.• Provides technical leadership for the UI team• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)• Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.• Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.• May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, schedules and for documenting work and results.• May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.What you bring:VISA Sponsorship may be available for candidates in the US currently.• Agile development experience• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience with React• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3coding with thorough knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and DOM manipulation.• Familiarity with Git and GitHub• Ability to debug API responses• Meticulous attention to technical and visual details• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• A passion for technology, user experience, and software development methodologyAdded bonus if you have:Leadership - You can lead a team to successful outcomes.Impact - You take pride in making an impact on the organization.
