CLOSING COORDINATOR
Fischer Homes is looking for a Closing Coordinator to facilitate the closing of homes with buyers and coordinate with division teams and lending partners.
Skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability in interaction with new individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate closing processes
- Complete assigned tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling of closing
- Ensure customer files are complete and documents are organized
- Professionally represent Fischer Homes during closing processes
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred
