Job Title:VP Commercial SalesLocation:USA or CanadaWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President Commercial Sales to lead our sales efforts in the North American Commercial space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of driving revenue growth. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets in the region.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Commercial Sales.Set and achieve revenue and growth targets, as well as other key performance indicators.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide coaching and guidance to sales managers and representatives to meet and exceed targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.Sales Process Optimization:Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately.Take proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets.Market Expansion:Identify and explore new market segments and expansion opportunities.Develop and execute market entry and penetration strategies.Qualifications:Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively more senior sales leadership roles.Extensive experience in business to business (B2B) sales, preferably in the Technology/Software, Software as a Service (SaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), or related industry.Strong understanding of the US West region market dynamics.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making is vital for optimizing sales processes, forecasting accurately, and identifying areas for improvement.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Willingness to travel as required.Compensation:Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $187,500.00 - $348,300.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
