Flash is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Field Technician to become a vital part of our amazing Support Services team right here in Seattle, Washington. If you're someone who thrives on delivering top-notch customer support while being detail-oriented and skilled in PARCS troubleshooting, this role is perfect for you! As a Senior Field Technician, you'll be the hands-on expert responsible for ensuring that our cutting-edge parking technology solutions work flawlessly throughout multiple garages and parking lots. You'll oversee installations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide top-level support that keeps our clients coming back for more. Your role will include making low voltage terminations, completing network installations, and communicating project updates to the Project Manager, keeping our clients in the loop at all times. You’ll also play a key role in documenting issues in our ticketing system and coordinating with vendors when hardware failures occur.
