As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in executing TikTok-focused social media strategies, developing creative video content, optimizing posts for engagement, and interacting with our community to promote meaningful connections.Key Responsibilities• Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos that align with Flash’s brand and mission• Develop TikTok-specific content strategies that resonate with our target audience• Engage with users through comments, DMs, and trends to build a vibrant community• Stay on top of TikTok trends and viral content to inform creative decisions• Track video performance using analytics tools to optimize for engagement and growthQualifications• Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media marketing trends• Proven ability to create compelling short-form video content• Social media optimization (SMO) experience, especially on TikTok• Creative, with an eye for storytelling and video editing• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) is a plus• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
